Albany Potts Jr.

Albany Potts Jr., age 75 of Lac du Flambeau, WI died on Monday, December 8th at Seasons of Life Hospice House in Woodruff, WI. Albany was born on July 28, 1939 in Hayward, WI the son of Albany and Cecelia (nee Wayman) Potts Sr.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Rhonda L. Mitchell Potts and by 2 Sons: Edward J. (Connie) Mitchell of Alabama and Albany Potts III of Lac du Flambeau, WI and by 3 Daughters: Lisa Ann Potts of Lac du Flambeau, WI; Jenette Ann Potts and partner Anne of Lac du Flambeau, WI and Sarah J. (Donald) Holcombe of Alaska and by Grandchildren: Darren Whitney, Dereck Mitchell, Dustin and Devin Mitchell, Brianne Holcombe and Shalayna Saglin Potts. He was preceded in death by his parents and by his Brothers: Eugene, Bernard, Harold Potts and Sisters: Marlissa Mayo, Marian Moran, Suzanne Young, Ethal Potts and Lydia Kasper.
Traditional Native American Services will be held at the Multi-Purpose Building in Lac du Flambeau, WI on Wednesday, December 10th starting around 3:00 PM and continue till Thursday, December 11th with burial at Memorial Cemetery with Military Honors.
