Benjamin P. Ryskiewicz, age 79 of St. Germain, WI died on Monday, September 16th at his residence with his family by his side. Ben was born on January 18, 1940 in Mosinee, WI the son of Benjamin and Mary (nee Pryga) Ryskiewicz. He married Elizabeth "Betty" Adams on December 23, 1963 in Athens, WI.
Ben proudly served in the United States Army and he worked as a heavy equipment operator for many years for various construction companies. He was an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his children: Jerry Scheel, Paula (Neal) Lewitzke and Lori (Juan) Roman and by grandchildren Mike (Ashley) Lewitzke, Kristina Lewitzke, Chance Ermeling and Elizabeth (Tim) Zander and by his sister Angeline (Bill) Maliszewski and by brothers and sister in laws Jerry (Jean) Adams, George (Betty) Adams and by other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty and siblings Johnny Ryskiewicz, Mary Genevieve, Eugene Ryskiewicz, Frances Swientek, Lottie Springer, Ester Zogata and Edmund Ryskiewicz.
Upon his wishes, cremation took place and private family services will be held.
