Douglas William Slavin

Douglas W. Slavin, age 62 of Lac du Flambeau, WI died on Wednesday, January 2nd at his residence. He was born on June 6, 1956 the son of William and June Slavin.
He is survived by his children: Chris (Meagan) Slavin, Maureen (Joe) Slavin and Katie (Jonah) Slavin and by his father, William Slavin and by his brother, Scott (Sylvia) Slavin and sister, Karen Slavin.
Cremation took place and family services will be held in Illinois.
