Jane F. Newman

Jane F. “Frankie” Newman, age 84 of Minocqua, WI died on Friday, April 15th at Avanti Health and Rehab in Minocqua, WI.
Jane was born on July 9, 1931 in Ireland the daughter of Patrick and Mary (nee O’Neill) Brennan.
She married George H. Newman and they celebrated over 50 years of marriage, George preceded her in death on December 25, 2007.
Jane worked as a Flight Consultant for the following airlines; KLM, Lufthansa and others. She was a volunteer at Howard Young Medical Center and a member of the American Legion Post 89 Womens Auxiliary. She loved dancing with George and to travel, read and volunteering at several different organizations.
Jane is survived by 2 Sisters: Elizabeth Reh and Bridgit O’Donoghue and 2 Brothers: Jack (Margaret) and Eamonn “Ed” Brennan and by her Sister in law; Rita Brennan and further survived by many Nieces, Nephews and great and great great Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, George and her parents Patrick (Mary) Brennan and Mother in law; Albie Sievers and by 4 Sisters; Mollie (Emil) Benko, Pattie (Willie) Breen, Eileen (Michael) Galvin and Kathleen Brennan and by 4 Brothers; Thomas, Martin, Paddy (Peggy) and Michael (Carol) Brennan and by Sister in laws: Alicia Brennan; Loretta (Henry) Clark and Mildred Newman.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 23rd at 1:00 PM at Nimsgern Funeral Home Chapel in Woodruff, WI with visitation from 12:00 Noon till time of service. Inurnment will be at St. Adalberts Cemetery in Niles, IL at a later date.
