John "Jack" M. Soulier

John “Jack” M. Soulier Sr., age 80 of Lac du Flambeau, WI died on Friday, November 8th at Seasons of Life Hospice House in Woodruff, WI. Jack was born on September 9, 1933 in Lac du Flambeau, WI the son of Simon and Frances (nee LaBarge) Soulier. Jack married Sharon Wewasson on January 7, 1961 and he was a US Army veteran. Jack worked for Simpson Electric for 56 years and finally retired in 2012. He was an avid bowler, loved hunting with his brothers, nephews and sons in law. He was a longtime Packer, Brewer and Badger fan. Jack loved music by Elvis Presley; his favorite song was “Blue Hawaii”. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sharon and by their Children: Lori (Ken) Larsen; Lynette, Tracy (Pete), Jackie (Dennis) and John Jr. and by Grandchildren: Jesse, Samantha, Tony, Eric, Danielle, Jared, Joseph, Aron, Kameron, Kayla, Christian, Brandon and Jack and by 9 Great Grandchildren. Further survived by 2 Brothers; Gene and Gerald and 1 Sister; Jenny and by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his Siblings: William, Simon Jr., Wally, Jim, Leona, Gladys, Helen, Gertie and Marcella. Visitation will be on Monday, November 11th at the Multi-Purpose Building in Lac du Flambeau, WI starting at 4:00 PM. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, November 12th at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Military Honors to follow at Memorial Cemetery in Lac du Flambeau, WI.
