Michael Ward Zimmer

Michael W. Zimmer, age 80, of Woodruff, WI passed away at home on Monday, June 27th. He was born on May 25, 1942 in Milwaukee, WI the son of Ward and Bernice (nee Baumgartner) Zimmer.
He was a lifelong mechanic working for Chevrolet dealers in the Milwaukee area until he retired in 2007. He then moved to One Penny Place to be closer to family. He loved playing cards, puzzles and reading.
Survivors include his sons Steve Zimmer of Melbourne, FL and Dennis Zimmer of Daytona, FL and sisters Gene Marie (David A.) Geiger of Woodruff, WI and Carol Zimmer of Bradenton, FL and multiple nephews and nieces.
Cremation took place and private family memorial service in Florida will be held at a later date.
