Robert P. Langenecker

Robert (Bob) Langenecker, age 77 of Minocqua, WI slipped away to be with his Lord on August 6th, 2019.

Robert was born April 4th, 1942 in the town of Hartford, WI to Peter and Myra (nee Klein) Langenecker. He graduated from Slinger High School in 1960. On August 10th, 1968, Robert married Helen (nee Holl) at St Mary’s Catholic church in Richfield, WI.

Robert loved his pure bred Holsteins and farmed for most of his life. In 1997 he went to work at Maysteel Corporation until his retirement in 2005. Since 1995 Robert enjoyed the Northwoods of Wisconsin. In 2008 Robert and Helen moved to Minocqua, WI.

Robert is survived by his beloved wife Helen of 50 years. Children Amy of Grafton, WI and Evan (special friend Nichole) of Manitowish Waters, WI. Sisters in law Rita Holl and Kathy Holl. Brothers in law Anthony (Laura) Holl, Herbert Breuer, and Harold Dietenberger. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Sisters in law Carol (Herbert) Breuer, Carla (Harold) Dietenberger and Theresa Aker. Brother in law Norman Holl.

Memorial Gathering for Robert will be held on Saturday, August 17th from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Holy Family Catholic Church in Woodruff, WI with Memorial Mass at 11:00 am
