William Gerald Poupart

William Gerald Poupart, age 57, passed away unexpectedly on September 5th in Michigan.

Bill was born in Woodruff on January 25, 1963, the son of Susan and William Poupart. He attended MHLT and AVW grade schools, and graduated from Lakeland in 1981.

Bill attended college in Duluth and Eau Claire, and Madison Tech School in a printing program. He then moved to California where he spend 10 years working in big name printing companies.

On returning home in 1987, Bill was involved in various projects. He enjoyed flea markets, had a resale shop and was very involved in tribal politics. In summer he had a food truck, and was known to make the best kettle corn available.

Bill dearly loved his kids and his Mother. He is survived by Mother Susan Poupart, son William (Justice), granddaughter Lillian, daughter Emily Ann, Brother Duane, and other cousins and friends.

A celebration of life will take place on Thursday, September 17, from 3-5 PM. No other service will be held.
