Chad William Rudisill

Chad “Cracker” William Rudisill, age 48, passed away on July 29, 2025, at his home in Woodruff, WI. He was born on March 12, 1977, in Woodruff to parents Russell and Gail Rudisill. He married Suzie Kieffer on September 6, 2008.

Chad was a jack of all trades from butcher to chef to mechanic. He was involved with Ducks Unlimited. He loved to read. He enjoyed off road racing, fixing engines, music festivals, creating lyrics to anyone’s favorite song, darts, and telling jokes. He cherished spending time with his dogs.

Chad was preceded in death by his father-in-law: John Kieffer; grandparents: Duane and Frances Dalthorp; his chosen brother: Christopher Costa. He is survived by his wife: Suzie Kieffer Rudisill; sons: Charlie Rudisill, Nate (Heather Paczkowski) Kieffer; Mother: Gail (Danny) Rudolf; Mother-in-law: Linda (Hal Ayling) Kieffer; grandchildren: Nathan Kieffer, Jayce Kieffer; chosen granddaughter: Donna Eugster; brother-in-law: John Kieffer; sister-in-law: Dawn Kieffer; nephews: John “5” Kieffer & Talon Kieffer; chosen in-laws: Guy & Leanne Posielenzny; other chosen grandchildren, nieces, and nephews: Ivy Schultz, Cam Fitts, Aza Bruette, Avery Wooldridge, Harper Osborne, Aurora Lee Wade, The 3 P’s, Nicole and Ezme LaPlante; his weekend daughter: Kaitlyn Mann; chosen sister: Katy Costa; chosen brother: Tim Crall; best friends: Greg Shultz, Lindsay Kloss and so many more.

He was loved by all and he loved all, but not all hugs!

In lieu of flowers a benefit account has been set up in Suzie’s name at Incredible Bank.

Memorial Gathering for Chad will be held on Friday, August 8th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Nimsgern Funeral Home Chapel with a Memorial Service at 6:00 pm
