Diane Jean Allen, age 68 of Lac du Flambeau, WI died on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at her residence. Diane was born on December 30, 1945 in Hayward, WI the daughter of James B. and Josephine (nee Thompson) Armstrong.
She is survived by her husband, Gordon T. Allen and by 6 Daughters: Donna Allen, Dana Rae Allen, Diane E. Allen, Daralee (Karl Theobald) Allen, Darla Allen and Doni Poupart and by 1 Brother, George “Buzzy” Armstrong and by numerous Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sister, Donna “Quay” Armstrong and 1 very special nephew, George Thomas Armstrong and infant baby sister, Pauline.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5th at the Allen Residence at 2858 West Pokegama Lake Road in Lac du Flambeau, WI starting at 4:00 PM. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, September 6th at 3:00 PM at the Community Presbyterian Church in Lac du Flambeau, WI.
