Donnie Ruplinger

Donald “Donnie” Ruplinger, 77, formerly of Tomahawk, passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021 in Andover, Minnnesota. Donnie was born October 2, 1944 in Springfield, Tennessee to Ralph and Ina (Martin) Ruplinger. He was married on August 20, 1966 in Tomahawk to Kathleen “Kathy” Davidson. He enjoyed the outdoors including, hunting, fishing, and spending time at the cabin on Lake Mohawksin. He was a very social person and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Surviving are his wife, Kathy; a son, Jason (Jessi) Ruplinger; 3 grandchildren, Kaitlin, Liam, and Ryan. He is further survived by 3 sisters, Linda (Bob) Andrus; Sue (Jerry) Krueger; and Cindy (Roger) Truelove and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Ina “Susie” Ruplinger. Mass of Christian Burial for Donnie Ruplinger will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. from St. Mary Catholic Church in Tomahawk. The family will receive friends at the church from 11:00 a.m. until the time of mass at noon. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
