Edward Herman

Edward "Huntz" Herman, age 91, W7003 State Hwy. 86, Tomahawk, passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff. Huntz was born August 25, 1917 in Tomahawk, the son of Harry and Louise (Reise) Herman. He married Verna White on June 6, 1952 in Bremerton, Washington; she passed away in 2006. Huntz spent 31 years in the United States Marine Corps, and was a 3 war veteran. After his retirement, he enjoyed traveling, spending time with his grandchildren and watching their sporting events. Survivors include: Daughter Glenna (Jon) Sprankles Tomahawk Son Scott (Molly) Herman California 2 Brothers Donald (Violet) Herman Tomahawk Robert "Pete" (Betty) Herman Philadelphia, PA 1 Sister Louise "Honey" Mott Tucson, Arizona 3 Grandchildren Kyle (Traysa) Sprankles, Christopher Sprankles, Ruth Herman No Services will be held.
