Gale Patricia Resech

Gale Patricia Resech, age 73 of Lac du Flambeau, WI passed away on Sunday, August 3rd at her residence under the care of Compassus Hospice.  Gale was born on January 16, 1952 in Medford, WI the daughter of Henry and Lois (nee Jensen) Pernsteiner.

Gale married John Resech on October 31, 1970 at  Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Stetsonsville, WI.  She worked as a personal banker for 30 years before retiring.  She was a member of the Lakeland Art League.

Gale is survived by her husband John of Lac du Flambeau, WI; her daughter Gwen (Bill) Bruegger of Wabasha, MN and son Jon (Ann Burke) of Hudson, WI and by 4 grandchildren Avery (Chad) Pronscinske, Gabby (Nicholas) Schwerzel of Menomonie, WI; Ethan (Skye) Marcott of Ogdensburg, WI and Jasmine Marcott of Appleton, WI; and by great grandchildren August Pronscinske and Maverick Marcott and further survived by her sister Jan Brehm of Medford, WI; her brother Gary (Linda) Pernsteiner of Medford, WI and sister June (Jeff) Jones of Shelton, WA and by other relatives and friends.

Gale was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Lois Pernsteiner.

Memorial Mass for Gale will be held on Thursday, August 14th at 11:00 am at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Lac du Flambeau, WI with a visitation from 10:00 am till time of Mass.  Burial will take place at Memorial Cemetery in Lac du Flambeau, WI.
