Gregory Scott Lucke

Gregory Scott Lucke, age 74, after years of medical issues, passed away on October 3, 2026, at his home. He was born on July 30, 1952, in Milwaukee, WI. Greg married the love of his life Annie Smoot on October 20, 1979.

Greg was a disabled Navy Veteran. He enjoyed being outdoors, boating, sailing, fishing, snorkeling, diving, and animals, especially dogs.

Greg and Annie spent 5 years living on their sailboat in the Florida Keys, while operating a boat maintenance company. For 20 years Greg and Annie captained privately owned yachts in the Bahamas and along the U.S. Eastern Seaboard.

Greg and Annie were owners/operators of the Deer Path Bar & Motel in Boulder Junction, WI. Greg loved to make people laugh.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Edwin and Fyrell Lucke; his older sister: Elizabeth Ann Lucke. He is survived by his wife: Annie; sister: Lisa Johnson Kleinschmidt; brother Jeff (Debi) Lucke; nieces: Melanie (Hyatt) Harper, Brittany Baxter, Madison (Dillon) Baier; nephew: Nick Lucke; and many more dear family and friends.
