Howard passed away peacefully on September 3rd having lived a life of great joy. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Howard was born in Elgin Illinois in 1937 and married his wife in 1962. He and his family later moved to Northern Wisconsin living in Rhinelander and then Minocqua.
