Jacob Kozisek

Our beloved Jacob Kozisek has departed the physical world on July  21, 2026 from his home island of Minocqua Wisconsin, but his spirit remains among us.

 He was preceded in death by his father Dr. John Kozisek. He left behind a multitude of family and friends. He greatly valued being part of the Min-Aqua Bat family. He was a kind, reliable and thoughtful person who wanted only to contribute at all times. He was an exceptional optometrist who is dearly missed by his colleagues and patients. 

He is survived by his wife, Camille and his son, Parker. He is further survived by his mother Linda, his sister Laura (Brian), brothers Zach and Luke (Ali) and in-laws, nieces and nephews who are grieving with us. 

Upon his wishes, cremation took place and private family services will be held at this time.
