James Edward Rau, 83, Harshaw passed away Monday, March 25, 2024 at his home. James was born June 12, 1940 in Winamac, Indiana, the son of Arthur and Thelma Rau. He was united in marriage on September 8, 1962 to Judith Welnetz and she preceded her in death April 29, 2022.
Surviving are son, Timothy Rau, Tomahawk; two grandsons, Jimmy and Ryan; and a brother Art (Lillian) Rau, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judith; daughter, Melissa Rau.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
