Jeffrey B. Kieffer, 71, passed away on August 27, 2020, at his home, in Catawba, surrounded by his family.
An active member of the Phillips community for many years, Jeff served as a board member for several organizations, his latest being the Red Apple Center.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Cheryl; and daughter, Amber.
Per Jeff's wishes, no services will be held. Heindl-Nimsgern Funeral & Cremations Services is assisting the family.
