Judy A. Michalak

Judith (Judy “Liva”) (Hlavacek) Michalak, age 85 of Phillips, Wi passed away peacefully on August 13, 2025 at Rib Lake Health Center with family by her side.

Judy was born to James and Violet (Hynek) Hlavacek November 17, 1939 in Phillips, WI

Judy was a loving wife of 58 years to Joseph Michalak. They married on November 17, 1962 She had 2 children and grandchildren.

Judy is survived by her son James (MaryBeth) Michalak and daughter Jodi (Ron) Rohaley; grandchildren Christopher and Anthony Rohaley, Step grandchildren Matthew, Andrew, and Daniel Tabaczynski, Brother Ken (Stephanie) Hlavacek, several in-laws, nieces and nephews.

A private burial service will take place at St. Patrick’s Cemetery County Hwy W Phillips, Wi

A memorial service/luncheon will be on September 20,2025 @ 12:00 pm at Carmelite Banquet Hall, 1628 Ridge Road, Munster, In 46321
