Justin was born on March 15, 1992 in Woodruff, WI
Justin is survived by his parents David Kmiecik and Michelle Allen and his father Karl Theobald and by his siblings: Gabe, Kelsey, Alyssa, Patricia, Niinimoshenh, Kasey, Gwendolyn, Karl Jr, Charles Theobald.
Visitation for Justin will be held on Wednesday, February 11th starting at 4:00 pm at the Lac du Flambeau Bingo Hall and Funeral Services on Thursday, February 12th starting around 10 am
