Laurely "Laurie" Ellen Parkinson

Laurely (Laurie) Ellen Parkinson, 84, of Phillips, WI passed away Monday, June 2, 2025 at Rib Lake Health Services, Rib Lake, Wisconsin. Laurely was born January 2, 1941 in Chickasaw County, Iowa the daughter of Clarence and Belva May (Crabtree) Hahn. She served in the U.S. Air Force Weather Wing Flight Control Command from June of 1959 to August of 1961 as a Weather Observer.

Laurely worked as the Guidance Secretary at the Phillips High School for 27 years before retiring. She enjoyed spending most of her free time feeding the birds, planting flowers, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Della (Michael) Sanderfoot, Phillips, WI; sons, Dwight (Laurie) Parkinson, Hartland, WI; Dwayne (Lori) Parkinson, Medford, WI; grandchildren, Joshua, Ryan, Steven, and Daniel.

Laurely was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Belva Lou and brother, Arley.
