She was an avid crocheter, loved to do word search books, and play bingo. She lived the last five years at the Waterford Assisted Living Facility in Park Falls, where she enjoyed all the activities that they had there. She enjoyed helping people.
Lucy is survived by her siblings, Adam (Bernice) of Phillips, WI, Paul (Cathy) of Butternut, WI, Peter (Jane), David (Judy), Caroline (John) Cooley of Park Falls, WI, Edward (Bev) of Story City, IA, Jim of Green Bay, WI, Ken (Margaret) of Dawsonville, GA, Art (Marji) of Two Rivers, WI, Mike (Denise) of Hayden, ID; many nieces, nephews, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Daniel Korab; brother, John Rotar; sisters-in-law, Charlene Rotar and Rosie Korab.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at the Heindl-Nimsgern Funeral Home, 284 Chestnut Street, Phillips, WI, 54555, with Father Sunil officiating. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until the time of the service. Inurnment will be in Two Lakes Cemetery, Phillips.
The family would like to thank the Park Manor Nursing Home, and the Waterford Assisted Living Facility for the care they provided to Lucy. A special thank you to the Heindl-Nimsgern Funeral Home for assisting the family.
