Margaret "Marge" Klimke, age 82, 115 Voerman St., Tomahawk, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk. Marge was born August 4, 1925 in Farina, Illinois daughter of Howard and Edna (nee Boomgarden) Campbell. She was raised in Chicago, where she married Paul Klimke on February 13, 1945. Marge and Paul raised their two children in Chicago, and she was later employed with a Nursing Home as a Nurse's Aide. Marge and her family began vacationing in Tomahawk in 1954, and in 1967, they built a home on Lake Alice where they permanently moved in 1975. They later moved to their Voerman Street home in 1986. She was a former member of the Women's Civic Club in Tomahawk, and enjoyed her lunch group. She loved to read, and donated many books to the Tomahawk Public Library. She had a special fondness for her dog "Bonnie Sue" and her friend - Mary Broderick, for whom she was primary guardian. She was a member of United Methodist Church in Tomahawk. Survivors include: 1 Son Gary (Sandra) Klimke of Cannon Beach, Oregon 1 Daughter Nancy (Frank) Pollack of Wilmington, Delaware 5 Grandchildren Karen, Christine, Michael, Daniel, and Sarah 2 Great Grandchildren Jacob and Zachary Marge was preceded in death by her parents and her husband - Paul in 2003. Funeral Services for Marge Klimke will be held at noon on Saturday, February 9, 2008 from Krueger & Sons Funeral Home in Tomahawk. Rev. Allen Poore-Christiensen will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services at noon. Burial will take place in the spring at Greenwood Cemetery in Tomahawk
