Nancy Cadwell Polaski

Nancy Polaski, age 84 of Arbor Vitae, WI and formerly of Richland, WI passed away at home on Sunday, June 21st . Nancy was born June 12, 1936 in Rockford, IL the daughter of Allen and Margaret Cadwell. She married John Polaski on May 2, 1959, he survives.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, John Polaski of Arbor Vitae, WI and by children Julie Jewell of Richland Center, WI and Matt Polaski of Oxnard, CA and by 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and by 1 sister Jane Weber of Waunakee, WI and by many other relatives and friends.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, parents in law, her son John A. Polaski and a son-in-law and 2 grandchildren.
Cremation took place and burial will be in Richland Center at a later date.
