Patricia Anne Gilchrist

Patricia (Tricia) Yeschek Gilchrist, 61, of Colgate and Minocqua, Wisconsin entered into Eternal life on June 19, 2023 in Minocqua, Wisconsin.

Tricia was born in Wausau, Wisconsin to Bill and Mary Lou Yeschek on August 5, 1961 and was married to Steven (Steve) Gilchrist on June 26, 1993, recently celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary.

Tricia graduated from Lakeland Union High School in Minocqua in 1979 and University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1983 with a degree in Marketing. She worked for 26 years for Milwaukee Electronics and was looking forward to retirement to spend time with her husband, dogs, and extended family.

She was a loving wife, sister, aunt, cousin, friend and dog mom. Tricia had a spunky personality with an unmistakable laugh and the ability to give the most hilarious gifts, perfect cards and delicious pies. She was thoughtful and caring with a deep faith in Jesus and a genuine heart. She was an athlete at heart and loved the outdoors, running, water skiing and watching all kinds of sports, especially the Packers, Brewers and Badgers. Tricia was a beacon of light who brought people together. Her beautiful spirit will be deeply missed.

Tricia is survived by her spouse Steve Gilchrist and other surviving family Ross (Sue) Yeschek, Steve (Nancy) Yeschek, Janice (Greg) Peckels, Billy (Kristen) Yeschek, Mother and Father-In-Law Chuck and Carol Gilchrist, Sister-In-Law Jody (Larry) Green, Brother-In-Law Jeff (Perla) Gilchrist, Sister-In-Law Amy (Ben) Peters and her many, many nieces and nephews. Tricia was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Mary Lou Yeschek and sisters Suzanne Yeschek, Judy Yeschek and Mary Lee Schuetz.

Her funeral services will be held on Saturday July 29th at 11:00 am at Nimsgern Funeral Home Chapel in Woodruff, Wisconsin.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the following organizations: Oneida County Humane Society, Rhinelander, Wisconsin or Elmbrook Humane Society, Brookfield, Wisconsin in honor of her dogs, Dakota, Molly, Apache and Alyeska.
