Philip Thomas Resch Sr.

Philip Thomas Resch Sr., 90, of Ogema, WI passed away Thursday, November 13, 2025 at his home. Philip was born May 19, 1935 in Milwaukee, the son of William and Louise (Decker) Resch.

Surviving are his daughter, Leslie (Dennis) Chesney; son, Philip (JoAnn) Resch Jr.; grandchildren, Jason (Stephanie) Slock, Courtney Luebke, Jeff (Kathy) Chesney, and Mike (Lindsay) Chesney; 8 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Donnie Resch. He is also survived by his life partner and friend, Carol Donnelly and her children, Nathaniel (Betty) Person and their children, Bridget Briggs and Kelsey Kedziora; Daniel (Sus) Person and Robert Person.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Joane Bucholz; and three brothers, Jim, Eddie and Ron.

Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025 at Krueger-Nimsgern Funeral Home, Tomahawk, with Fr. Madanu Lourdu Raju officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. to time of service. Entombment will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 24, 2025, at Holy Cross Cemetery, 7301 W Nash St. Milwaukee, WI. 53216
