Randy Smith

Randy "Moose" Smith, age 44, N11236 Kaufman Rd., Tomahawk, died September 20, 2008 as a result of a logging accident. Randy was born August 17, 1964 in Tomahawk, the son of Clarence and Rosalie (Steinbach) Smith. He was a life-long resident of Tomahawk. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and snowmobiling with family and friends. He was always willing to give a helping hand to anyone in need. He worked as an independent logger in the Tomahawk area. Survivors include: Parents Clarence "Don" & Rosalie Smith Tomahawk Bothers & Sisters Cindy (Leo) Crowell Dennis (Kathie) Smith Kathy (Paul) Kurth Clarence Smith, Jr. Earl (Gail) Smith Roseanne (Ronald) Barr Jim (Julie) Smith all of Tomahawk Children Mitchell Smith Nicolas Smith both of Tomahawk Jessica Wendland Wausau Grandchildren Brianna & Keyton Life-long companion Becky Milcarek, and her children - Ryan & April all of Tomahawk Randy is further survived by many nieces & nephews. A Memorial Service for Randy Smith will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 25, 2008 from the Nokomis Town Hall. The family will receive friends at the Town Hall on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of services at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Prairie Rapids Cemetery in the Town of Nokomis.
