Robert L Reynolds

Robert Lee Reynolds, age 82 of Woodruff, WI died on Thursday, August 23rd at Avanti Health and Rehab in Minocqua, WI. Bob was born on December 4, 1935 in Evergreen Park, IL the son of Lee and Molly (nee Balek) Reynolds. Bob attended and graduated from Joliet Catholic High School and St. Mary’s College in Winona, MN. He worked for National Account System and then as a custodian at AV-W School for many years. Bob spent many summers of his retirement working as a scout at Trout Lake Golf Course.

Bob enjoyed Ham radio, fishing, golfing, reading, listening to big band music and doing crossword puzzles.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years; Barbara (nee Biegel) Reynolds and by children; Cathy (Bruce) Oxley, Cynthia “Sam” (Chad) Elmore, Keith Reynolds, Kraig (Michelle) Reynolds, Chris (Ron) Guralski, Cheryl (Isaac) Markus and daughter in law; Jen Reynolds and by grandchildren; Collette (Matt), Katelyn, Cory, Anthony (Sara), James (Anna), Steven (Hannah), Phineas, Lucas, Teaghan, Rhoswen, Brianna, Katrina, Libby, Cole, Hailey, Malina, Calvin and Bodhi and by his sister, Nancy Schneider. He is further survived by friends and neighbors who remember him for his conversations and cheerful smile.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents; Lee and Molly Reynolds and his son; Deacon Kevin Reynolds and granddaughter; Morgan Reynolds.

Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 29th at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church in Woodruff, WI with a visitation at the church from 9:00 AM till time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to HYF Dr. Kate Hospice or Lakeland Area Food Pantry.
