Sandie Lea Pyatt

Sandie Lea Pyatt, 62, of Phillips passed away Monday, March 24, 2025 at her home. Sandie was born March 31, 1962 in Milwaukee the daughter of Allen Johnson and Jane Nelson. She was raised by her father, Patrick Pyatt from the age of 2.

Sandie is survived by her father, Patrick; sons, Patrick (Ashley) Pyatt, Eau Claire; Daniel (Kelly) Carter, Merrill; 2 grandchildren and a brother, Steve (Karen) Pyatt, Deerbrook.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jane, and sister, Sherie Worden.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
