Virginia Evelyn Karr

Virginia (Sally) Evelyn Karr, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2022. Virginia is survived by her brother James M. Broman, daughters, Carolyn Hinytzke, Ann Rapp, son-in-law Thomas Rapp, and granddaughter Kristen Hinytzke. Virginia was born May12, 1928 to Martha McKeehan and A. Franklin Broman. Virginia attended North Park High School and Wheaton College in Illinois. Virginia married her first husband, William W. Garland and resided in Glenview, Illinois. Virginia married her second husband, Graydon L. Karr and moved to Kingwood, Texas. In 2011 Virginia moved to Wisconsin. Virginia was a member of the “Christians Women Club”. Virginia loved painting, silver smithing, sewing, music, and sports. Virginia was proceeded in death by her father A. Franklin Broman, her mother Martha R. Broman, husbands William W. Garland and Graydon L. Karr, and sisters Mary Louise Broman and Ruth E. Broman.
